Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Flowa Grace ("I," "me" or "my"), doing business as Align & Enlighten, collects, uses and protects information from visitors to alignandenlighten.com (the "Site") and from people who take part in my offerings. I take privacy seriously and aim to be clear about what happens with your information.
This policy is written in line with British Columbia's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA), Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL), and the EU's General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) where it applies.
Who I am
I am Flowa Grace, a sole proprietor based in British Columbia, Canada, offering holistic coaching, somatic work, group programs including Enlightened Relating, Vedic astrology, Human Design readings and ceremonial work. Information I collect
Information you give me directly:
Your name and email when you register for a free gathering such as Love From Wholeness, download a free chapter or resource, join my mailing list, or contact me
Your answers when you apply to a program such as Enlightened Relating, including what draws you to the work, what you hope for, whether you're joining with a friend and which payment option you prefer
Your answer to "How did you hear about me?" on my sign-up forms
Your name, contact details and booking information when you book a call or session through Jane
Your name, email, billing details and phone number when you pay through Stripe or my Squarespace shop (I never see or store your full card details)
Anything you choose to share in messages, sessions, or program calls and community spaces
Information collected automatically:
Basic analytics through Squarespace, including your approximate location, device, browser, pages visited and how you arrived at the Site
Meta (Facebook and Instagram) Pixel data, including page visits and whether you registered for a gathering or submitted an application, so I can understand which posts and ads are reaching the right people
Where you came from: when you arrive through a tracking link (for example from Instagram, Substack, an email or an ad) or from another website, my Site remembers that source in your browser and saves it with your sign-up or application. This helps me understand which ways of sharing my work are most useful.

How I use your information
To send you what you asked for, such as gathering details, Zoom links, reminders, a free chapter or a recording
To review your application, follow up about it and arrange an enrolment call
To deliver programs and sessions you've joined, including access to calls, recordings and community spaces
To send emails about my gatherings, programs, books and related offerings, if you've agreed to receive them (you can unsubscribe any time)
To process payments and keep business records
To understand how people find and use the Site, and which posts, emails and ads are helpful
To meet legal obligations
I use AI assistant tools to help with some administrative work, such as organizing applications and drafting emails. I do not sell your personal information, and I do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.
Who I share information with
Your information may be processed by these service providers, who handle data on my behalf:
Squarespace: website hosting, forms, shop and analytics
MailerLite: email lists, gathering reminders and newsletters
Jane App: booking calls and sessions
Stripe: payments and payment plans
Zoom: live gatherings, program calls and sessions
Meta (Facebook and Instagram): the Meta Pixel and advertising
An online community platform (such as Skool): the private members' space for program participants
Substack: my newsletter, if you subscribe there
AI assistant tools: help with administration, as described above
Each of these has its own privacy policy, and I encourage you to review them. I may also share information if I am legally required to (for example a court order), or to protect someone's safety.
Recordings
Group calls in my programs are recorded so members can watch them later. Recordings are shared only inside the private members' space, never publicly, unless I ask for and receive your written permission. Free gatherings may also be recorded for registrants who couldn't attend live. If you'd prefer not to appear, you're welcome to keep your camera off and change your display name.
Cookies and tracking
The Site uses cookies and similar technologies to remember your preferences, understand how the Site is used, remember where you arrived from, and (where you've consented) measure and deliver relevant advertising. You can manage cookies through the Site's cookie banner or your browser settings. If you're visiting from the EU, EEA or UK, you'll see a consent banner before non-essential cookies are set, and you can withdraw consent any time.
Your rights
You have the right to:
Access the personal information I hold about you
Ask me to correct information that's inaccurate
Ask me to delete your information (subject to legal record-keeping requirements)
Withdraw consent to marketing emails any time, using the unsubscribe link in any email
Make a complaint to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada, the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner for British Columbia, or your local data protection authority

How long I keep information
I keep information only as long as it's needed for the purpose it was collected, usually the length of our working relationship plus a reasonable period afterward (up to 7 years, in line with Canadian record-keeping requirements). Mailing list information is kept until you unsubscribe. Application answers from people who don't join a program are deleted within 2 years unless you ask me to keep them.
Security
I take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no system is completely secure. By using the Site, you accept this inherent risk.
International data transfers
Some of my service providers are based outside Canada, including in the United States and the European Union (for example Squarespace, Stripe, Zoom, Meta and MailerLite). By using the Site and my services, you consent to your information being processed in those countries, which may have different data protection laws than your own.
Children
The Site and my services are not intended for anyone under 18. I do not knowingly collect information from minors.
Changes to this policy
I may update this policy from time to time. The current version will always be posted here, with the effective date at the top.

Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of alignandenlighten.com and any offering from Flowa Grace, doing business as Align & Enlighten ("I," "me" or "my"). By using the Site, registering for a gathering, applying to or joining a program, or booking a session, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree with any part of them, please don't use the Site or my services.
About me
I am Flowa Grace, a sole proprietor based in British Columbia, Canada. I offer holistic coaching, somatic work, group programs, Vedic astrology readings, Human Design readings and private ceremonial work.
Nature of my work
My offerings are educational, supportive and explorative. They are intended to support your personal growth, self-understanding and wellbeing.
My services are not a substitute for medical, psychiatric, psychological or legal advice or treatment. If you are living with a medical or mental health condition, please work with appropriately licensed professionals alongside anything you do with me. I am not currently practising under my Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) credential, and my work with you is not clinical therapy.
You are responsible for your own choices, decisions and outcomes. Personal growth is a process, results vary from person to person, and I make no guarantees about specific outcomes.
My offerings
Love From Wholeness (free live gathering)
Free to attend, by registration, live on Zoom
Registering means you agree to receive emails about the gathering and related offerings, including Enlightened Relating. You can unsubscribe with one click, any time
Gatherings may be recorded and shared with registrants
Enlightened Relating (9-month group program)
Enrolment is by application and a short enrolment call. I may decline an application if I don't feel the program is the right fit at this time
Pricing is in USD: $3,000 paid in full, or a payment plan of 3 monthly payments of $1,070 or 9 monthly payments of $390. Friend pricing ($500 off for each of two women joining together) applies only when both pay in full
All enrolments are final. There are no refunds, including for missed calls, unused 1:1 calls, or leaving the program early
A payment plan is a commitment to the full program amount. If a payment fails, access may be paused until the account is brought up to date
Members receive access to the teaching library for life, including future updates and call recordings, for as long as I continue to offer the library
Monthly 1:1 calls must be used within the month they're offered and don't roll over
Group calls are recorded and shared only inside the private members' space
What other members share is confidential. Members agree not to share anything personal another member says, and not to record, screenshot or repost calls or community content
I may remove a member whose conduct is harmful to others or to the community, without refund
Members accept a separate participant agreement when they enrol
My True Nature App / Align & Enlighten Community
Subscription-based access to community content, calls and resources
Cancel any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep access until then
No partial refunds for unused time within a billing period
Align & Enlighten Integrative Experience (4-month container)
A four-month 1:1 program with six hours of session time per month, plus messaging support
Application required, beginning with a Vision Call to make sure it's a mutual fit
Non-refundable once booked, reflecting the commitment, preparation and dedicated time involved
Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 7 days' notice. Sessions cancelled with less notice may be considered used
Payment plans, if offered, must be completed in full whether or not the program is completed
Sacred Medicine Ceremony
Available by application only, for those who have completed the inquiry process
Includes preparation sessions, the ceremony itself, integration sessions and ongoing support
A separate ceremony waiver and informed consent form must be signed before participation, and it governs the ceremonial portion of the work
Non-refundable once the preparation phase has begun
Travel and accommodation costs are separate and discussed during the inquiry process
One-off readings and sessions
Vedic astrology, Human Design and single sessions are booked through Jane and follow the rescheduling and refund terms shown at booking
General rule: 7 days' notice to reschedule, and non-refundable once booked
Books and digital products
E-books and digital downloads are for your personal use and are non-refundable once delivered
Payments
Payment is due at the time of booking or enrolment unless a payment plan has been arranged. All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated. Payments are processed by third-party providers (Stripe and Squarespace). Failed payments on payment plans may result in services being paused until the account is brought up to date.
Intellectual property
All content on this Site and in my programs, including writing, teachings, frameworks (including STARMAP and Enlightened Relating), recordings, course materials, workbooks and original visual work, is my intellectual property unless otherwise credited. You may share Site content for personal, non-commercial purposes with attribution. You may not reproduce, sell, teach or repurpose my content commercially without written permission. Materials shared with you in sessions or programs are for your personal use only and may not be redistributed.
Confidentiality
What you share with me in sessions stays with me. I treat client conversations as confidential, with these standard exceptions:
If I have reason to believe you or someone else is in immediate danger
If I am legally required to share (for example a subpoena or court order)
If you give me explicit permission to share
I may use general, fully anonymized themes from my work in teaching or writing, but never identifying details without your written consent. In group programs, I ask every member to keep what others share confidential, but I can't guarantee how other participants behave.
Communications
When you register for a gathering, download a free resource, apply to a program, book a session or join my mailing list, you agree to receive emails from me related to that and to my other offerings. Every marketing email includes a one-click unsubscribe link. Emails needed for something you've booked or joined (for example call links) will continue while it's active.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, my liability for any claim arising from the Site or my services is limited to the amount you paid me in the six months before the claim. I am not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of British Columbia, unless otherwise required by law.
Changes to these Terms
I may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted here. Continuing to use the Site or my services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
